Well, I guess it is better to be late than never...or that is what they say.
So, here I am again saying that I am going to use this blog. And I really am!! So, my goal is to use this goal as a way for me to keep track of my journey of my weight-loss. :)
So, wish me luck.
Goal for Thursday:
- Un-pile the treadmill.
- Break out the work out clothes and shoes.
- Get on the treadmill for at least 15 minutes going no slower than 3.5 or it doesn't count.
- Drink at least 1 full bottle of water-plain water.
- Start keeping track of everything I eat- to help me be accountable.
