Here is my plan....
- 1200 calories a day
- I am tracking the calories on SparkPeople.com
- I planned my weekly menu so that I know BEFORE I eat how many calories
- I will get on the treadmill Monday @ Wednesday
- I will do Pilates on Tuesday and Thursday
- I will do Taebo on Saturday
- I will be taking my measurements tonight....including my weight so that I know the progress I have made
I'm impressed...a little more impressed that you're gonna work out 6 days a week. More power to ya, sister!
